Soy Brown Rice  Milk  糙米全豆奶 







材料 

 1⁄2 杯        ………………… 煮熟黃豆 
 1⁄2 杯        ………………… 煮熟糙米 
 1⁄4 杯        ………………… 麥片 
    4 杯         ………………… 水 
 3‐4 大匙    ………………… 黑糖(隨意 

作法 
1. 將所有的食材放入果汁機水先放一杯打到均勻後再加第二杯水打到均勻細緻為止. 
2. 將二杯水放入鍋中先煮到滾再將打好的燕麥全豆奶倒入鍋中 煮到沸騰即可馬上關火 
3. 燕麥全豆奶冷卻後即可裝入玻璃瓶放冰箱冷藏,可保存三天 

註: 
當豆奶冷卻時,會變的比較濃。再重新加熱即可 




Ingredients:  
• 1/2 cup of cooked soy beans  
• 1/2 cup of brown rice  
• 1/4 cup of oats  
• 4 cups of water  
• 3-4 tablespoon of brown sugar (optional) 


Procedures: 
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency. 
2. Then cook the milk and bring it to the boil. 
3. Keep refrigerated and consume it within 3 days.  


Note:  
When the soy milk cools down, it will get a little thick. Warm it up again and it will not be  
thick.
