材料:
1⁄2 杯 ………………… 煮熟黃豆
1⁄2 杯 ………………… 煮熟糙米
1⁄4 杯 ………………… 麥片
4 杯 ………………… 水
3‐4 大匙 ………………… 黑糖(隨意)
作法:
1. 將所有的食材放入果汁機, 水先放一杯打到均勻後, 再加第二杯水. 打到均勻細緻為止.
2. 將二杯水放入鍋中先煮到滾, 再將打好的燕麥全豆奶倒入鍋中, 煮到沸騰即可馬上關火.
3. 待燕麥全豆奶冷卻後, 即可裝入玻璃瓶放冰箱冷藏,可保存三天.
註:
當豆奶冷卻時,會變的比較濃。再重新加熱即可
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of cooked soy beans
• 1/2 cup of brown rice
• 1/4 cup of oats
• 4 cups of water
• 3-4 tablespoon of brown sugar (optional)
Procedures:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency.
2. Then cook the milk and bring it to the boil.
3. Keep refrigerated and consume it within 3 days.
Note:
When the soy milk cools down, it will get a little thick. Warm it up again and it will not be
thick.
